What are the Project Features?

The project has a total construction area of 10,000 square meters and includes 25 apartments in 5 residential blocks. The project includes a large garden area, indoor car park, guest parking, meeting room and social areas. The closed car park in the 3rd basement was designed with a total capacity of 50 vehicles. The project also includes one storage area for each residence. In the project consisting of 5 blocks, there is 250.96 square meters of garden area in 1st block, 221.7 square meters of garden area in 2nd block and 219.53 square meters of garden area in 3rd block. The 4th block has 189.25 square meters of garden space, while the 5th block has 155.62 square meters of garden space.

This project includes garden duplex apartments, normal apartments and roof duplex apartments.  Garden duplex apartments are designed as about 280 square meters. Normal apartments were designed as 188.08 square meters, 216 square meters and 253.12 square meters. Roof duplex apartments were designed as 432 square meters.
