This project was implemented in Basaksehir district of Istanbul Province. In this respect, the aforementioned project provides an advantage for time-consuming buyers. The 1+1 apartment types in the project are offered for sale with alternatives with a gross range of 65-77 square meters. The 2+1 apartments built are sold with options between 106 square meters and 137 square meters gross.

The 3+1 apartment types in the project have values between gross 165 square meters and gross 187 square meters. The 4+1 apartments in the project are offered in two different types: gross 199 square meters and gross 200 square meters. The apartments in the project also have an external warehouse area.

There are many social facilities in the housing project. The project includes large green spaces. The project includes a variety of social facilities such as children’s playgrounds, sauna, fitness center, security with cameras and indoor parking.
