The project is designed to house apartments as well as shops. Thus, the apartments and shops built within the scope of the project are designed to meet the needs of all individuals in the region. The project is built to have 14 storeys. The project has been brought to life to accommodate 371 houses.

The houses in the project in question consist of three different types of apartments. The size of the houses in the project also varies according to the apartment types. The houses in the project are built as 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1. The size of the houses also consists of five different plans. The houses have sizes ranging from 71 square meters to 199 square meters.
